As a trainee, you will be exposed to various aspects of business development, including market research, lead generation, client outreach, and sales strategies. You will work closely with our Business Development team to acquire new clients, build relationships, and support the overall growth initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers through market research and cold calling
• Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on leads generated through various channels
• Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Laptop is mandatory.
• Willing to work in a start-up environment (fast paced).
• Willing to work 6 days a week and responsibility for the day to day activities of your team
