Key Responsibilities:
Basic understanding of bench sales lifecycle
Knowledge of H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizens
Identify requirements from various job boards, social media and vendors
Source the best fit for the requirements
Coordinate for interviews and negotiations
Maintain trackers and database related to consultants
Follow up with consultants and vendors till the closure of the position / requirement
Attention to detail: Be very focussed in adhering to the compliance protocols
Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizens) to vendors & clients
Maintain client relationships and track submissions
