REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience 4+ years
• Strong experience in Jira Administration
• Good hands-on experience with Confluence Administration (Strong)
• Experience in Atlassian Data Center and Cloud environments
• Proven experience in Atlassian Cloud Migration projects (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian migration tools (Cloud Migration Assistant, JCMA, CCMA, APIs)
• Strong understanding of user management, permissions, workflows, and customizations
• Knowledge of data integrity, performance optimization, and troubleshooting during migrations
• Ability to assess existing environments, identify risks, and define migration strategies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience in documenting processes, best practices, and lessons learned
