Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative and trend-setting apparel designs
2. Create detailed sketches and technical drawings for prototypes and production
3. Utilize color theory to develop cohesive color palettes for each collection
4. Develop patterns for a variety of garments, ensuring proper fit and functionality
5. Oversee garment construction, including fabric selection and quality control
6. Stay current on industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts
7. Present design concepts to stakeholders and make revisions based on feedback
