Job description:-
Responsibilities:
·
Supervision
and monitoring of overall responsibilities from Onboarding to Offboarding.
·
Should
be efficient in Team Handling Skills and drafting letters/replies/notices
·
Prepare/draft/HR
policies
·
Should
have hands of experience of handling HR Softwares (ERP etc.)
·
Ensuring
onboarding of new joinees are conducted within time and as per process
·
Manage
payroll & statutory compliances (PF, ESI etc.) and ensure preparation of monthly PF &
ESIC Challan.
·
Process
and monitor offer letters / appointment letter, background verification of new
joinees, ex-employee verifications etc.
·
Oversee
payroll and performance evaluation systems
·
Collaborates
with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy
related to staffing, recruiting, and retention
·
Provide
reports on all areas of HR, Payroll and Compliances
·
Oversee
employee grievances with respect to Salary, PF, ESIC etc.
·
Maintain update all Personnel
record (online/ offline) from time to time.
·
Management of
disciplinary related matters (show cause notices, warning letters, terminations
etc.)
·
Handle employee requests
regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
·
Managing the Monthly, Weekly & Daily Report to be shared with
the key stakeholders
·
Implement policies to maintain a positive work culture.
·
Ensure to conduct smooth onboarding, Joining Formalities,
documentation, and induction for new joinees.
·
Ensure that attendance & leave management related activities
are conducted timely and efficiently
·
Ensure annual appraisals and performance management, reward &
recognition related activities
Essential Qualification :-
·
Should be professional
degree in HR
·
Should be below
45 years of age
·
Should possess
experience of more than 15 years
·
Should have
hands on knowledge about EPFO Portal and
ESIC Portal for related activities
·
Maintaining
Master Excel Sheet of several projects and preparing ECR and Reconciliation
sheets
·
Should have good
understanding of compliance requirements (e.g. Labor law, PF/ESI etc.)
