In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing employee volunteering initiatives for various corporates. The candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to create meaningful and impactful volunteering opportunities that align with our corporate social responsibility goals.

The Role and Responsibilities:

CSR Strategy and Implementation:

Assist in the development and execution of the company’s CSR strategy.

Coordinate and implement CSR projects and initiatives.

Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR activities.

Employee Volunteer Programs:

Design and manage employee volunteer programs to engage employees in meaningful community service.

Organize volunteer events and activities, ensuring maximum participation and impact.

Track and report on volunteer hours and program outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Build and maintain relationships with non-profit organizations, community groups, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Handle ticketing inquiries and provide accurate information to customers regarding flight schedules, fares, and available seats
• Process ticket reservations, changes, cancellations, and refunds in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with airline policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Operations, to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless travel experience
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline products, services, and promotions

Qualifications:
