Candidate & Preference
• This is a full time job. We are ok for freshers / recently graduated. Candidates with up to 3-5 yrs experience preferred.
• Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Diploma / Graduate Engineer preferred but not compulsory
• Girls preferred but not constrained, who are ok for field sales jobs.
• Candidates from Pune, Delhi, Rourkela, Bhilai, Nagpur, Kolkata, Vadodara and other select cities preferred.
• We currently do not have an office in the above city and plan to open after 6 months of your joining. So, you will need to work from home / field.
• We expect you to have your own vehicle / bike, laptop computer, mobile. We usually provide tablet / laptop after 6 months
Job Profile
• This is SALES JOB and following will be normal activity:
• You will need to prepare a list of all fabrication, engineering companies, equipment manufacturers in your city from google search, just dial, indiamart etc. We will also help you.
• You will need to ensure above list has contact details of owner / MD / CEO / Purchase Head with his email, phone - which can be obtained and we can help you how to try getting these details
• Generally, there are not many manufacturers. In any city, there can be maximum 200 worthwhile and you can prepare list of top 50 or top 100 depending on their turnover (again roughly estimated from internet)
• So, you just have 100 prospective target customers in your area and we expect you to call them one by one, email them properly to schedule an appointment with the owner / ceo / purchase head. We will help you draft and send email. But you will need to follow up to fix the appointment.
• You meet them, offer our FREE OF COST, FREE FOREVER, NO CHARGES membership to industry association -by name FABEEE
• There are many benefits to why such companies should become our members. We will train you / explain to you. We already have 7,250+ members across India because its FREE
• You will need to fill in membership form 100% fully in all respect
• You will need to record your work done for every day - whether you visit such or call them from home in our simple google form every day to mark your attendance.
• Once a company becomes a member, we have various engineering products (machineries) & services, which will then need to be offered - for which we will provide you product training.
Remuneration
• Travelling expense reimbursement.
• New Year Performance Bonus of Rs 50,000 after confirmation.
• If you get FREE of cost membership > 100 in first 2 months, you qualify for Performance Incentive of Rs 10,000 additional.
Process & Training
• We will issue an appointment letter after you join us, if you accept our offer letter. There will be a probation period of 3-6 months, post which you can be issued a confirmation letter.
• We will provide you training, give you presentation folders, brochures, formal company branded uniform (shirts), and other marketing material
• We have office in 4 cities currently and factory in Vasai, near Mumbai, MH

Your role will include, but is not limited to:
• Review and develop Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) in conjunction with Process and Mechanical Engineers.
• Select, apply, and specify instrumentation required to support processes.
• Develop Instrument Data Sheets and lists, Panel layouts and details.
• Interact and coordinate with project management, vendors, clients, design members and fellow engineers to solve process engineering and piping issues.
• Produce and review 2D and 3D design drawings for facilities in accordance with project requirements, codes, specifications, and procedures.
• Participate in multi-discipline coordination & clash checking efforts.
• Perform site surveys of existing services to ascertain “as-built” conditions.
• Support, by active participation, corporate and discipline-specific procedures, and policies.
• Contribute to the development of the Discipline knowledge base and standards.
• Perform self QA/QC on deliverables, as well as on deliverables by other engineers.
• Performs the tasks within the agreed-upon budget and schedule.
• Should be a team player and shall perform task’s individually when required.
• Follow company standards and procedures including design and QA checking.
• Provide I&C design to support process control and plant automation.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation or related field.
• 1+ years of I&C and Automation design experience in Process industries.
• Good knowledge of norms and standards related to Instrumentation engineering.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and MS Project).
• Technical and quality focus.
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Good planning, organizational, and communication skills are necessary for success in this position.
