    Job Description:-

    CSRBOX is seeking a a dynamic and resourceful Associate Manager – CSR to support and drive Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives in collaboration with the District Magistrate’s office (DM office) in Mehsana. The Associate Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of CSR programs aligned with the company’s goals and the district's social development priorities.     The Role and Responsibilities:

    Document project outcomes, learnings, and best practices to contribute to future CSR strategy development.

    Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders, including the DM office and other local authorities.

    4.Impact Assessment & Monitoring:

    Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for CSR projects to measure their impact and effectiveness.

    Conduct site visits and field assessments to evaluate the outcomes of CSR initiatives and provide recommendations for improvements.
