Working hours - 9:00 - 6:00
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries promptly and efficiently
Provide accurate product information and assist customers in making purchasing decisions
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain customer records and update information as necessary
Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and resolved
Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company products and services
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for origination of Loan Proposals (LAP).
2. Responsible for evaluating the proposal in line with Company Credit Policy
3. Responsible for logging in positive proposals in the system
4. Responsible for collections from Overdue Customers
5. Assists Risk and Credit teams in Portfolio Risk Management.
6. Meets Monthly, Quarterly and Annual targets assigned.
7. Manages Channel Partners and other external stakeholders
8. Produces new revenue by conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluates customer needs.
9. Actively generates new leads through canvassing, cold calling, partner relationships, and customer referrals.
