Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Conduct offline site visits to properties, ensuring that they meet the necessary valuation guidelines.
• Review and assess the properties in line with company standards and the specific needs of clients.
• Visit banks regularly to collect relevant reports and documentation related to valuation.
• Build and maintain cordial relationships with bank representatives and ensure smooth communication for report collection.
• Maintain records of site visits, reports collected, and follow-up activities.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
