Responsibilities

·         Understand the Payments industry and Visa's vision, strategy and how your role will make an impact.

·         Understand the business initiatives and their importance to the growth of Visa.

·         Develop a good understanding of the Visa's BI platforms.

·         Perform software maintenance and configurations to different applications in BI Platform.

·         Design and develop tools for automation and process improvement.

·         Work closely with the development and support teams for problem identification and resolution.

·         Participate in functional and technical meetings throughout the development life cycle.

·         Provide direct support during deployments and general production.

·         Provide on-call support during production issues.

·         Collaborate with development, network, security, and operations team to ensure new application adheres to security and high availability standards.

·         Actively participate in defining architecture and creating solution documents, be hands-on with low level design, code review, coding, unit testing, production deployment and support activities.

·         Deliver efficient and high quality solutions.

·         Manage access controls, set up and maintain the BI platform, and ensuring the system's overall health and performance using usage reports.

·         Document all processes, methodologies, and instructions related to the BI Platform. Ensure documentation is kept up-to-date and is accessible to relevant stakeholders.

·         Identify opportunities for further enhancements and refinements to standards, processes and systems.

·         End User support and training.

·         Candidate should have good knowledge in either Tableau Server or Microsoft Fabric (Power BI) Administration and willingness to learn and contribute to the overall BI Platform.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
Associate: Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate: 2 or more years of work experience
• Results-oriented with strong problem solving skills and analytical rigor.
• Good understanding of Tableau Server/ Microsoft Fabric (Power BI) architecture, including
• Proven track record of managing Tableau Server in both on-premises and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
