Job description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Visit in Corporate, Bring LOI from the company’s where we can place the candidates within 1 year. Execute the LOI with collecting genuine leads, Make sure to pass those LOI and company visits by the PBSSD team in physical verification. Provide OJT to the candidates within the district & collect OJT certificates without any difficulties and submission.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with government district team members to complete the LOI verification process easily done. At the same time maintain good connections to provide various jobs to the candidates within the district as well as OJT.
3. Weekly target needs to be achieved for Just Job joining, target will be 30 candidates per month and weekly 7 candidates joining. Need to coordinate with the schools, ITIs, colleges, Employment Exchanges, public representatives, local administration, and other relevant stakeholders for Just Job joining, Job drive time to time.
4. Report to the center Manager and State Head for timely coordination and work. Sending Management Information System (MIS) and reporting in line with given Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Collect candidates documents as per requirements, calling to the candidates those who are not placed and target to place them weekly basis.
