Job Description:-
i)         Generate AGRI/SME New Leads.
ii)       Working on Leads provided by Bank.
iii)      Review and Renewal of existing AGRI and SME Loans.
iv)      Meeting and connecting with customers.
v)       Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
vi)      Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information.
vii)    Update job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services
viii)   Maintain and update records of visits, sales etc.
ix)      Assess customer needs, explore all options, and introduce different types of loans.
x)    Develop referral networks; suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products and services to   accomplish targets.
xi) xi) Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the process.
xii) Operate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines of the Bank.
Desired Skills required:-
i)         Familiarity with computers and banking applications/software.
ii)       Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices.
iii)      AGRI,SME, knowledge of locally grown crops and crop cycle
iv)      Understanding of KYC, Banking Form filling exercise.
v)       Experience of NBFC, SHG, BC, Rural Bank, Finance company. Would be preferred.
vi)      Assist Branches/ Regions in deploying credit in RUSU area, like Doorstep services, document collection, customer experience, query resolution, promoting Bank schemes/ products.
vii)    Verbal and written local language skills.
              viii)   Coordinating with Team Leaders, Managers, Branches, RACC of the Bank as and when required.
Ready to Travel and Perform Outbound Work
Requirements:- Bike/ Two wheeler with valid Driving License and Mobile Phone Local Resident in the District minimum 3 years
