An HR executive is

are satisfied and productive.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Conversion
• Generate and convert leads through phone, email, and WhatsApp for workshops, classes, and therapy sessions.
• Leverage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Threads) for lead generation and conversion.
• Run targeted surveys to identify potential clients and acquire leads.
2. Client Relationship Management
• Manage and maintain an organized client database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, providing excellent customer service.
3. Event Management
• Coordinate and manage logistics for classes and workshops, ensuring seamless execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction during events.
4. Community Engagement
• Actively engage with online communities, groups, and pages on social media to acquire clients.
• Maintain and manage community groups (e.g., WhatsApp, Tag Mango), fostering meaningful discussions and interactions.
5. Marketing and Outreach
• Design and implement strategies for client acquisition through surveys and social media engagement.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, suggesting improvements to drive results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client engagement, preferably in the wellness industry.
• Key Skills:
• Excellent communication and professional English speaking skills.
• Proven expertise in sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving targets.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and community engagement techniques.
