This role provides an exciting opportunity to gain experience in IT and Non-IT hiring through the platform. Selected candidates will receive training on the client’s recruitment management software and have the flexibility to work onsite or remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles, utilizing the  platform for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Work with the client’s recruitment management software to manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and applicant tracking.
• Source top talent through various channels such as , job boards, social media, and networking.
• Engage with candidates in different Indian and foreign languages (training will be provided).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide market insights.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
• Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities in compliance with client requirement.

Experience and Qualification:

• Experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment (0 to 10 years of experience). Strong skills in candidate sourcing, networking, and relationship building.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for recruitment are welcome to apply.
