The role is responsible for defining strategic direction, driving innovation, and providing technical and project leadership to the team; developing strategies for building organizational capability, capacity, and agility. Job Description/Responsibilities: • Manage a team of Account Technology Strategist (ATS). • Enable and coach the ATS team to drive deeper transformations with the customer • Guide team to align with corporate goals and objectives • Ensure global processes and best practices of customer management are followed in the country. • Own key technical executive relationships within the key customer accounts • Partner/Collaborate with the business units on driving synergy between the teams to achieve success in the market. • Create account strategies with a multi-year view of technology adoption • Drive adoption and expansion of sales motion within the account • Be a spokesperson for the company • Required Experience/Skills: • Minimum 17 years of technology strategy and customer engagement experience • Minimum 5 years of team management experience • Bachelor of Engineering • Successful track record of driving adoption and expansion in the accounts • Experience in SaaS and cloud platforms • Worked in a similar role with a reputed tech company • Demonstrable history of customer transformation • Deep experience in FSI industry is an advantage • Experience with virtualization and security technology set • Experience with Citrix platform is and advantage
