Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Inbound Voice Process team at CHN Technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Resolve basic queries or escalate complex issues to the concerned department
- Maintain call records and follow-up as required
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English (Both are mandatory)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle calls patiently and efficiently
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays
