Job Description:-
Key responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their project requirements
2. Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and addressing concerns
3. Share data with the client, take feedback, and communicate to the backend team
4. Maintain a calendar of special dates for clients, sending personalized greetings and messages to foster strong relationships
5. Collaborate with photographers, videographers, editors, and other stakeholders to plan and execute projects effectively
6. Schedule and coordinate photo and video shoots based on client requirements and availability of resources
7. Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards
8. Address any issues or changes in project scope and communicate updates to clients and the internal team
9. Oversee the HR functions of the company, including recruitment, onboarding, and off-boarding processes
10. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and post job openings
11. Source, screen, and interview candidates, making recommendations for hiring decisions
12. Manage employee benefits, payroll, and leave management in compliance with company policies
13. Resolve employee relations issues and address performance concerns in collaboration with management
14. Promote a positive work environment and company culture that encourages creativity and teamwork
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Proven experience in project coordination, client relationship management, and HR roles, preferably in the Event industry
3. Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
5. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
6. Proficiency in project management tools, HRIS software, and MS Office Suite
7. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
9. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality services
10. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients
