Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Calling Executive at Hawk-I Investment & Insurance Marketing Pvt. Ltd. located in Gurugram.

The Tele Calling Executive will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential clients, explaining insurance and investment options, answering questions, and gathering relevant information.

They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating customer data, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

• Build and enhance RESTful APIs that power the LocalChef mobile and web apps.

• Integrate and manage Stripe for one-time payments, subscriptions, and refunds.

• Work with Nash Delivery API for logistics and automated order deliveries.

• Develop and manage user authentication systems using Spring Security and JWT.

• Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of critical system components.

• Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, and REST API development.

• Experience with SQL databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.

• Solid understanding of authentication mechanisms, particularly token-based authentication (JWT).

• Familiarity with Stripe APIs (Payments, Subscriptions) or similar payment platforms.

• Experience working with version control tools like Git.

• Ability to thrive in a startup environment: fast-paced, hands-on, self-driven.
