Job Description:-
We are looking for a high performing Manager – Rooftop Sales to generate sales leads, close order and enhance market penetration in the rooftop solar mounting systems market.
Responsibility:
· Monitor relationships with existing customer base
· Identify and Generate new business opportunities
· Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers and generate new leads
· Ability to perform all aspects of selling / closing a project
· Responsible for the after sales coordination, solicitation of project documents and information
· Produce tangible results for growth
· Post Sales, follow up for all payments as per agreed terms
· Maintain acceptable profit margins
· Maintain sales quota for each quarter and year as provided
· Understanding of market metrics and trends
Required Candidate Profile:
· To develop the sales funnel and increase market capitalisation in the segment
· Enhance market penetration and business in the solar and other aluminium industries
· Existing Customer Base in the MENA and ASEAN region
· Should have a strong network and generate new enquiries, maintain database of customers in the light gauge steel fabrication segment
· Acquainted with the tendering process, tender tracking, project tracking, MOU, and JV

Qualifications & Skills:
• Graduate degree (any discipline).
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to engage with corporate clients and decision-makers professionally.
• Prior experience in telesales, business development, or corporate outreach is a plus.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining data records.
