Work Instructions & Job Breakdown: Create work instructions and job breakdown sheets for production.
Line Balancing: Apply knowledge of line balancing techniques to optimize the production flow.
Assembly Layout: Plan and implement assembly layouts for efficient production lines.
CNC Machining: Demonstrate understanding in CNC machining processes, including machine hour rate calculations.
Welding Specifications: Knowledge of MIG, TIG, laser continuous/spot, and spot welding specifications.
Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
Excel & PowerPoint Proficiency: Use Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations and reports.
Procurement Process & Coupa: Understand the procurement process and be proficient in creating PRs in Coupa.
Vendor Coordination & Negotiation: Coordinate with vendors and possess negotiation skills for procurement needs.

Job Roles & Responsbilities:
Qualification: ITI Machinist /Diploma in Mechanical
Dental clinic
Greet all incoming patients and visitors in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner.
Check in patients for their scheduled appointments and confirm their personal and insurance details.
Answer general inquiries about the clinic's services, working hours, pricing (if authorized), and appointment availability.
Address patient concerns or direct them to the appropriate staff or dentist for resolution.
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments using the clinic’s dental management software or scheduling system.
Send appointment reminders via phone calls, SMS, or email as required.
Maintain and manage the daily appointment calendar to optimize the dentists' schedules.
Follow up with patients for treatment completion, routine check-ups, and follow-up visits.
Maintain and update patient records, including demographic information, medical history, and insurance details.
Process patient intake forms, consent documents, and insurance claim forms if applicable.
Handle billing tasks such as issuing invoices, processing payments, and providing receipts.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk, waiting area, and reception counter.
Answer incoming calls professionally, transfer them to the appropriate departments or individuals, or take messages as necessary.
Coordinate with dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists regarding patient flow and treatment room readiness.
Inform patients of any delays or changes in schedule in a timely and courteous manner.
Relay important information regarding procedures, policies, or paperwork to patients clearly and effectively.
