Handle the end-to-end preparation and submission of tenders for railway coach

Key Responsibilities:

 Collect, compile, and prepare technical and financial bid documents.
 Coordinate with departments for supporting documents, certifications, and

 Ensure timely submission of bids, both online and offline.

Role Overview:
Responsible for preparing, verifying, and processing invoices related to railway
coach refurbishment projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual
terms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate and submit client bills as per contract and project milestones.
2.  Track receivables and coordinate with clients for timely payments.
3.  Verify billing inputs from the site team and reconcile work done with BOQ.
4.  Maintain billing records and update internal systems.
5.  Liaise with the finance team to track collections and update cash flow
forecasts.
6.  Prepare & maintain Indian Railway Shramik Kalyan Portal
Requirements:
1.  Graduate in Commerce or related field.
2.  Good knowledge of billing processes and taxation (GST, TDS).
3.  Proficient in MS Excel and Tally/ERP software.
4.  Exposure to infrastructure/railway projects preferred.
