About the project Healthcare research to understand real-world management of Type 2 Diabetes and Obesity, and identify gaps and unmet needs in patient adherence and care delivery.
Role responsibilities Schedule 20 confirmed ~30-minute meetings with diabetologists/endocrinologists for research questions Accompany during doctor visits Facilitate introductions in clinics/hospitals Support access to diagnostics/pharmacy touchpoints
Requirements 1-5 years' experience as a pharma/medical representative Existing relationships with relevant diabetologists/endocrinologists in Indore Strong communication and coordination skills Available for in-person field work during the project period
Success metrics (very important) 15-20 completed doctor meetings May 7-9: 8-10 confirmed meetings May 11-14: Additional 8-10 confirmed meetings Quality of doctors (active patient flow in diabetes/obesity)
Compensation Total 20k-30k INR for 20 doctors Per doctor visit post confirmed interview where MR is present - 1,000 per confirmed meeting + Bonus for quality meeting (based on number of patients and quality of meeting) - 500 per quality meeting
