    Job Description

    A Senior Executive - Finance is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of an organization, including budgeting, financial reporting, and tax compliance.


    Responsibilities

    1. Ensure that the inflight sales information is collected from the crew, and entered in the designated portal, all the sales - cash, credit card, pre-paid and corporate are tallied. If there are any differences they need to be cleared then and there and if not possible at the earliest.

    2. Well-versed with accounts payable and SAP

    3. Assist in audit - both internal and external

    4. Ensure that all the activities relating to the Inflight sales are recorded, accounted and tallied on a daily basis, including stock-taking periodically. All discrepancies need to be taken with the base station / lead crew and reconciled immediately.

    5. Well-versed with bank reconciliation/GST/TAX

    6. Should be able to maintain good relations and communication with all officials of the concerned department

    7. Ensure that all forex Vendor Work is up to date- MIS, Vendor/IndiGo outstanding trackers etc.

    9. Ensure proper records of GST Invoices & and checks thoroughly

    10. Ensure all Charges Back Queries - CC Payment. Check the portal & and follow up with the concern station so that can provide the desired document to the CR team on time. Follow up with the CR team.

    Operating in a captive set-up, the Program Manager – Learning will act as an internal consultant to HR stakeholders as it relates to Workday Learning administration and be part of the Global LMS team.
    • Maintain learning environment functionality on Workday LMS platform as directed, including configuring learning objects (e.g., courses and classes), managing audiences,

    Requirements:
    • Minimum 6 years work experience, with at least 4 years in Workday LMS (Functional)
    • Role may require extended US support.
    • Excellent communication skills.
