Job Title: Trainee – US IT Recruiter (Freshers Only)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify potential candidates for US IT job openings using job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for roles.
• Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process, keeping them informed of job opportunities.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements and job market trends.
• Assist in scheduling interviews and follow-ups with candidates.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate pipelines.
• Learn and apply best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
