About the internship
Duration for this internship is 3 months that may be extended to 6 months. Good candidate may be absorbed as a regular employee based on the performance
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assign new support tickets to available customer service executives and follow up with them for timely closure of tickets
2. Respond to or ensure a response by support teams to customer queries regarding open tickets
3. Coordinate with all team leads to implementation of agreed tasks and to collate information about all teams
4. Follow up with customer service executives to ensure process compliance
5. Prepare or pull out periodic reports from Zoho Desk for the customer service manager
6. Schedule/facilitate periodic/ad hoc meetings between customer service manager and support teams for discussing critical issues facing any customer
7. Follow up on commitments made by various team leads and teams in the meetings
8. Maintain customer service manager's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
9. Coordinate with field support team
