Ensuring compliance
HR managers ensure that the organization complies with laws and regulations, as well as internal policies. They also stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations.
Creating a safe and inclusive work environment
HR managers ensure the physical and psychological safety of employees. They also create and implement inclusive policies, such as diversity training and fostering diverse hiring.
Managing recruitment
HR managers oversee the recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes. They also create recruitment plans, interview schedules, and evaluation standards.
