Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and overseeing internal financial processes. Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Record and manage sales, purchases, sales returns, purchase returns, receipts, payments, and contra entries
Maintain and reconcile cash book, bank statements, Paytm entries, and import/export entries
Perform monthly bank reconciliation and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
Taxation & Compliance
Prepare and verify GST return data, reconcile GSTR-2A, and process GST payments
Compile and process TDS data and payments
Ensure accurate matching with Form 26AS
Maintain statutory compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations
Payroll & Financial Operations
Process monthly salary calculations and issue salary cheques
Work on conveyance allowance, commission payouts, and employee attendance entries
Create monthly expense reports and assist in financial planning
Accounts Management
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Generate e-invoices and e-way bills
Scrutinize sundry debtors and creditors
Reconcile and verify supplier ledgers and process payments accordingly
Take daily backups and maintain complete filing records
Order & Inventory Support
Oversee order processing across India and arrange local deliveries in Ahmedabad
Monitor warranty records and delivery challans
Coordinate with carpenters and suppliers for accurate delivery and work verification
E-commerce & Reporting
Handle the Amazon seller portal and process related orders
Manage selected distributor accounts and prepare proforma invoices
Perform government bill payments and enter invoices for Kotak Securities Ltd
Generate monthly bank statements and passbook reports

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
Build and enhance RESTful APIs that power the LocalChef mobile and web apps.
Integrate and manage Stripe for one-time payments, subscriptions, and refunds.
Work with Nash Delivery API for logistics and automated order deliveries.
Develop and manage user authentication systems using Spring Security and JWT.
Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of critical system components.
Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to deliver high-impact features.
Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
Handle real-world challenges like order lifecycle management, subscription renewals, and payment reconciliation.
Contribute to technical planning, architecture discussions, and roadmap building.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, and REST API development.
Experience with SQL databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Solid understanding of authentication mechanisms, particularly token-based authentication (JWT).
Familiarity with Stripe APIs (Payments, Subscriptions) or similar payment platforms.
Experience working with version control tools like Git.
Ability to thrive in a startup environment: fast-paced, hands-on, self-driven.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase LED
display solutions.
Generate and follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet and exceed
revenue targets.
Work closely with technical and project teams to ensure seamless project execution and
customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new LED technologies.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the
company's products and services.
