Role Overview:
The Assistant Project Engineer will play a vital role in client coordination, communication, and liasoning for smooth execution of civil projects. The role requires ensuring alignment between client requirements and site execution teams, timely resolution of issues, and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients, consultants, and statutory authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a primary point of contact between the client and internal project team.
• Understand client requirements, expectations, and communicate the same to project/site teams.
• Ensure timely reporting and updates to clients on project progress, milestones, and challenges.
• Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and prepare minutes of meetings (MoM).
• Liaison with consultants, vendors, and local authorities for approvals, inspections, and clearances.
• Support project planning and assist in aligning schedules with client commitments.
• Track and follow up on client queries, complaints, and ensure prompt resolutions.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation required for client communication.
• Escalate critical project or client-related issues to the Project Manager for timely intervention.
• Maintain a professional relationship with clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
