Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation & Conceptualization: Develop and execute visually stunning designs for both digital and print platforms, including posters, flyers, social media graphics, banners, website elements, and marketing materials.
• CorelDraw & Photoshop Expertise: Utilize CorelDraw and Photoshop for creating high quality, scalable graphics and manipulating images to align with project requirements. Motion Graphics: Create and animate compelling motion graphics for use in digital marketing, advertisements, and videos.
• AI Integration & ChatGPT Usage: Leverage AI tools, including ChatGPT, to brainstorm creative ideas, generate content, and streamline the design process.
• Poster Making: Design eye-catching posters for promotional campaigns, events, and online marketing materials.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, branding, and product teams to ensure visual consistency and high-quality output across all projects.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and emerging tools, and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

•  Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in CorelDraw, Photoshop, and Motion Graphics.
• Solid understanding of AI tools (such as ChatGPT for ideation and content creation).
• Strong knowledge of poster design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience working with both print and digital design formats.

Job Description:-

·        Assist Technicians in meters and cable installation activities.

·        Loading and unloading meters, cables, and other materials.

·        Provide support to Technicians or the GMR Team during installation and O&M tasks.

·        Update installation data in the mobile application along with the meter replacement note.

·        Any other duties related to meter installation, consumer indexing, and O&M.

Other Requirements:

·        2 Wheeler along with a valid driving license

·        Smart Phone with android OS, 6GB RAM & 128 GB Internal Memory to feed the consumer and smart meter data in the GMR App.

Job Description:

·       Facilitate outsourced agencies in their identified areas of operations

·       Technical Support in various smart meter installation operations such as consumer surveys, consumer indexing, meter installation, operations and maintenance those carried out by Technicians/Helpers.

·       Steer consumer interactions and enable quick resolutions of technical issues / grievances.

·       Ensuring the committed targets are met.

·       Quality Checks of meter installation, consumer indexing, and O&M.

·       Co-ordination with stakeholders i.e. DISCOM, Consumer, Field Team.
