Job Description :
1. Call and follow up with student leads who showed interest
2. Explain courses (JEE, NEET, Classes 6-10) clearly to students and parents
3. Help students choose the right program based on their needs
4. Maintain accurate lead records and updates in CRM/Excel
5. Meet daily or weekly enrollment targets
6. Respond to inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, or email
7. Track lead status (new, follow-up, converted, not interested)
8. Attend or assist in offline events and counseling sessions
9. Coordinate with marketing and internal teams for lead updates
10. Share feedback from students/parents with the team
Learn course details well to confidently answer questions
11. Submit regular performance and progress reports
