Job Description :
1. Meet clients to understand their requirements, preferences, budget, and project scope.
2. Develop space planning layouts and conceptual design solutions.
3. Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D design visualizations to present design concepts to clients.
4. Prepare mood boards, material selections, finishes, and color schemes.
5. Prepare working drawings, detailed execution drawings, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
6. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
7. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure design quality and accuracy.
8. Manage project timelines and ensure completion within budget and schedule.
