Job Description:- 

HR Operations Support - Assist in daily HR functions and provide hands-on support for HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, benefits, and policies to ensure smooth processes. 

Employee Records Management - Compile, update, and maintain accurate employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. 

HR Policies and Procedures - Assist in developing, communicating, and implementing HR policies that align with organizational goals and ensure consistency across the company. 

Payroll Support - Assist in payroll processing and work with finance to ensure accuracy. 

Compliance and Legal Support - Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and internal policies. 

Recruitment - Develop and implement innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract highly skilled technical professionals. Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and align on hiring priorities. Leverage diverse sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, employee referrals, and technical communities.

7. Salary                         :  Up to 4.5 LPA including PF & ESIC, Insurance additional 
8. Mandatory Requisite  : experience of 5 years as Pasting Operator

Job Role:

• Operates pasting machine and dryer to apply specified amount of lead paste onto grids used in making storage battery plates
• Adjusts pasting machine to size of grid, using handtools. 
• Sets temperature of dryer
• Changes conveyor belts cover on roller, using handtools
• May clean edges and lugs of plates, using wire brush
