Primary Responsibilities
The Senior Staff Product Designer for AI Experiences will, as a hands-on individual contributor, lead design for intelligent, human-centered experiences powered by the Freshworks AI platform. This critical role will shape how users interact with AI across our entire product portfolio—including customer service, IT, sales, and marketing—ensuring that machine learning, automation, and generative AI are seamlessly integrated into everyday workflows.
This role will contribute to and help define the UX strategy for both AI infrastructure (platform capabilities, APIs, tools) and product-specific AI use cases (chatbots, smart recommendations, generative assistance, predictive automation). It will work directly with stakeholders in Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional areas to ship world class solutions across the Freshdesk and Freshservice product suites. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in designing for complex, data-driven systems and a passion for making AI intuitive, trustworthy, and accessible to users of all skill levels.

As the Senior Staff Product Designer for AI Experiences, you will be the primary design architect for how the world interacts with Freshworks AI. You will move beyond standard interface design to invent new paradigms of Human-AI interaction. Your direct impact will be measured across four key pillars:
Verification Lead Power Aware Simulation position is your opportunity to join one of the industry’s leading companies in Smart Edge SoCs for network/systems control, management security systems, and IIoT.
You should have prior knowledge and experience in power aware simulations with UPF verification and UVM testbench development.
You will be responsible for RTL SoC/Subsystem verification based on ARM CPUs, and work on industry-standard verification methodologies like UVM, Portable Stimulus and Formal verification flows. You will report to the Director of Engineering, Verification.
Key Responsibilities
Execute power-aware simulations and debug failures related to power intent
Integrate UPF with UVM testbenches and VIPs
Expertise in verifying design at RTL (SOC) level and gate-level simulation
Create directed and constrained-random tests for low-power scenarios
Verify:
Power gating
Isolation
Retention save/restore
Reset behavior across power domains
Develop assertions and functional coverage for power states and transitions
Support power-aware regression and sign-off
Fluency with scripting languages (e.g., Make, Perl, Python, Shell)
Collaborating with RTL, power architects
Job Description
Maintain Customer focus at all times and respond to customers’ enquiries /orders/complaints (through e-mails, phone and fax) using the best Practice guidelines. Answer all calls/mails/fax received at the Desk.

Ensure all customers’ queries are investigated and resolved; escalate issues if appropriate, to the Team Leader.

Assist in gathering business requirements and analysis activities to facilitate Continuous Improvement.
Assist in documenting any requirements information and process maps clearly and to the agreed standards.
Update the client on the status of the order. Handle MIS, generate reports.
Handling Complaints/escalations.
Meeting client requirements on time and effectively thereby winning their goodwill.
Sensitization of the client requirements and accordingly prioritizing the activities.
Work effectively as part of a team to achieve individual, team and organizational objectives, sharing knowledge and skills as appropriate.
