    As Manager – State Systems and Capacities, you will be responsible for reforms agendas concerning state capacities in general and the implementation of people-centric reforms in state and local governments in particular. This role requires expertise in developing program strategies, overseeing data analysis, managing project execution, and fostering stakeholder relationships.

    Job Responsibilities

    Program Strategy & Execution

    • Support the State Lead in developing an implementation strategy for people reforms, ensuring alignment with Janaagraha’s  organizational goals and government objectives.
    • Design and refine project roadmaps, with a focus on scalability, operational efficiency, and stakeholder impact.

    Data Analysis & Management

    • Guide the data analysis process, ensuring data collection, integrity, and analysis to support program components.
    • Develop data-driven insights to inform decision-making and track progress and create reports.
    • Ensure best practices for continuous data monitoring, accuracy, and quality assurance.

    Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management

    Job Description

    The Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the Human Resources department and the CS (Corporate Services) division. This role will be offered on a 3 years’ fixed term contract basis with possibility for extending, subject to availability of funding. You will be based in New Delhi, India.

    Responsibilities:-

    • In close collaboration with the Country HR Representatives, ensuring proper procedures and timelines are effectively followed for probationary periods, ensure relevant forms are completed timely and tracked and stored consistently.
    • In collaboration with HR Business Partners, coordinate the exit interview process and feedback collection and propose process optimization.
    • Contribute to the formulation, implementation and continuous process of improvement of organisational policies and standard operating procedures.
    • Collaborate with HRBPs in conducting various HR programs and supporting HR initiatives.
    • Support the on-boarding process by coordinating, scheduling, and tracking attendance for the monthly HR, OD and Governance inductions as well as supporting the induction SharePoint page maintenance, making sure all induction material and induction calendars are up to date, liaising with induction focal points when required.
    • Maintain payment log records and process a high volume of invoices/Purchase Orders in line with the GAIN procurement procedures: this also includes liaison with the Geneva accounts payable team.
    • Coordinate team contribution to the HR newsletter.
