Job description:-
Responsible for the strategizing, planning, development and implementation of marketing activities and campaigns for the events, with the core KPIs of delivering quality exhibitor leads and visitor attendance
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute brand communications and marketing strategies for the events.
Design and develop marketing and client engagement strategies and initiatives for the MENA, Asia and LATAM regions to drive sales and grow market share.
Develop digital, print and social media marketing campaigns in line with event branding guidelines and strategy. Drive online traffic, leads and conversions.
Adherence to budgets. Evaluate effectiveness and relevant performance metrics.
Conduct market research and identify target universe and key segments within target universe. Conduct competitive benchmarking and provide data-driven insights and best practices.
Establish relationships with strategically important partners. Work with media partners and trade associations to extend promotional reach.
Create PR plan (internal or external) and liaise with the event manager/event director.
Curate content and ensure delivery through the most relevant channels (email marketing, social media, digital marketing, direct mail etc), ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent

Position Overview:
The Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) will be
responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of bio-composting sites
across India. This role involves driving branding, market linkages, and social
media outreach, while ensuring that each site runs efficiently like a business.
The EIR will work closely with Women Self-Help Groups (SHGs) to build capacity,
establish sustainable revenue models, and create a strong market presence for
the compost produced. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen,
excellent leadership skills, and the ability to foster relationships with
government entities, local markets, and key stakeholders.
