Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HSE Officer to oversee and implement Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures for CGD projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HSE management, preferably in water treatment or hydrocarbon infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures across the project site.

• Conduct HSE audits, risk assessments, and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Train site personnel in safety practices, emergency response, and environmental procedures.

• Investigate incidents/accidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

• Maintain documentation and reports in line with regulatory and company standards.

• Ensure environmental protection standards are met during all phases of the project.

Educational Qualifications:

• Any Engineering Graduate
  OR

• Graduate / Post Graduate in HSE
  OR

• Diploma in HSE

Experience Required:

• Degree Holders: Minimum 5 years of relevant HSE experience

• Diploma Holders: Minimum 7 years of relevant HSE experience

• Preferred Industry Sectors:

  • Water Treatment Plants

  • Raw Water Intake Projects

  • Infrastructure Projects

  • Hydrocarbon Industry (Process Plants, Pipelines, Crude/Oil/Gas)

  • Petrochemical Plants, LPG Plants, Refineries

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Thorough knowledge of HSE legislation and safety practices

• Strong communication and training skills

• Incident investigation and reporting skills

• Familiarity with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 standards
