The P2P Associate is responsible for executing day-to-day invoice processing & payment activities with accuracy and timeliness, following defined SOPs and internal controls within the Accounts Payable function.

We’re looking for a seasoned individual to drive game-changing innovation within Visa’s internal processes and ecosystem. You should have experience in multi-skilled teams capable of rapid prototyping of new ideas as well as scale these to commercial solutions. You and your team will be at the forefront of strategic partnerships, breakthrough technologies, new ideas, hackathons, demos, and rapid prototyping. You will work closely with business development teams, partners, and internal product teams and cross- leverage engineering talent internally and externally.
Responsibilities:

External Reporting:
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant quarterly and annual statutory financial reporting by coordinating with Book‑to‑Report and business teams. Administer external reporting requirements under applicable accounting standards and regulations and maintain strong reporting hygiene through effective month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes.
Annual Reporting:
Coordinate and support the external reporting of audited annual financial results, including preparation of annual reports and Board presentations. Facilitate Board approvals and monitor action plans, key financial performance indicators, and management reporting metrics such as TNS, EBIT, and Free Cash Flow (FCF).
Cash Flow Forecasting / Working Capital Management:
Manage end to end liquidity, cash flow, and working capital by ensuring accurate and timely cash flow projections, optimizing cash utilization and inter corporate funding, and contributing to liquidity planning and funding strategy discussions to to improve financial efficiency and risk management.
Business Partnering:
Act as a strategic finance partner to GBs, BUs, and RBUs by driving business planning, performance steering, Fit‑for‑Future initiatives, and profitability‑focused decision support to secure sustainable financial results.
Stakeholder Management:
Communicate necessary information to internal and external stakeholders to maintain transparency in external reporting
Escalation Management:
Assess and resolve escalated governance topics, risks and impacts to internal stakeholder as per the defined escalation matrix to seek management interventions and decisions
