Job Description:-

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic procedures using specialized tools and equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Repair or replace vehicle components including engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, and electrical systems.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and labor.
• Maintain detailed records of services and repairs performed.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with the service advisor team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with automotive technology and repair techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in automotive repair is preferred.
• Proven experience as an auto technician or mechanic (2–5 years preferred).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong knowledge of diagnostic and repair tools and techniques.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• ASE certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Workshop Management:

• Ensure full coordination between different work sections
• In Order to optimize work order opening & completion.

Business Generation:

• Workshop loading and achieving defined targets for sales by number of job orders and service volumes, promote service offerings and for the whole dealership by liaising with the parts department for sales of accessories etc. and by notifying the sales department of any vehicle sales opportunity.
• In Order to achieve the business plan

Customer Satisfaction:

• Establish polite and efficient contact with potential and existing customers, ensure accurate information is obtained from service supervisor and communicated effectively to the customer, receive and deliver vehicles in a customer friendly manner, obtain prompt payment of customer invoices by ensuring the details are accurate, ensure personal appearance and conduct are at all times to line with companies’ requirement
• In Order to improve customer satisfaction levels.

Key Account Management:

• Execute planned actions for identified key accounts with respect to aftermarket (parts & service), liaison between concerned positions internally and the customer
• In Order to present a one point contact for identified accounts.

Post Sales Service / Customer Compliant Report:

• Prepare weekly reports on customer complaints and submit to CRM for collation
• In Order to ensure correction of product issues.

1. Dealer Performance Management:

·        Monitor and improve dealer KPIs: retail volumes, market share, stock health, manpower productivity, and customer satisfaction.

·        Drive dealer business planning, target setting, and achievement monitoring.

·        Identify underperforming dealers and implement corrective action plans.

2. Sales Enablement:

·        Drive primary and secondary sales across assigned geography.

·        Ensure timely order processing, billing, and dispatch support.

·        Conduct product training and competitor comparison for dealer sales teams.

3. Channel Development:

·        Support appointment and onboarding of new dealers as per territory potential.

·        Ensure dealer infrastructure meets brand standards (CI/VI, workshop, showroom, manpower).

·        Coordinate with internal teams for dealership audits and compliance reviews.
