Vision India Services Pvt Ltd, is seeking dynamic and highly motivated Recruitment Specialists to support our multinational client’s recruitment needs. This role provides an exciting opportunity to gain experience in IT and Non-IT hiring through the Job platform. Selected candidates will receive training 
on the client’s recruitment management software and have the flexibility to work onsite or remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles, utilizing platform for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Work with the client’s recruitment management software to manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and applicant tracking.
• Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking.
• Engage with candidates in different Indian and foreign languages (training will be provided).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide market insights.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
• Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities in compliance with client requirements using the platform.
