This role involves working closely with the Engineering and Product Management teams to gather information and ensure the accuracy and usability of documentation. The Technical Writer will create user manuals, online help, release notes, and other technical documents that enhance the user experience and facilitate the effective use of the company's offerings, with the ultimate goal to provide users with the information they need to understand and utilise our products and services as efficiently as possible.
