Job Responsibilities:
AutoCAD/Creo Knowledge: Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience working with AutoCAD and Creo for engineering design.
Jigs and Fixtures: Plan, design, and implement jigs and fixtures for manufacturing processes.
Time Study: Conduct time studies to determine optimal manufacturing processes and improve productivity.
Work Instructions & Job Breakdown: Create work instructions and job breakdown sheets for production.
Line Balancing: Apply knowledge of line balancing techniques to optimize the production flow.
Assembly Layout: Plan and implement assembly layouts for efficient production lines.
CNC Machining: Demonstrate understanding in CNC machining processes, including machine hour rate calculations.
Welding Specifications: Knowledge of MIG, TIG, laser continuous/spot, and spot welding specifications.
Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
Excel & PowerPoint Proficiency: Use Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations and reports.
Procurement Process & Coupa: Understand the procurement process and be proficient in creating PRs in Coupa.
Vendor Coordination & Negotiation: Coordinate with vendors and possess negotiation skills for procurement needs.

Incorporation of Company (SPV), Preparation of Agenda of Board Meetings, Convening of Board Meeting of the Subsidiary Companies (SPV), Drafting of Minutes of Board and Committee Meetings, Maintenance of Statutory Records/Registers of the Company and its SPV's, Due diligence and transfer of SPV's to the successful bidder, Filing of returns and documents on MCA portal, Preparation of Annual Report of SPV's, Annual filing on MCA portal (AOC 4, MGT 7), Filing of Public Enterprises (PE) survey with Department of Public Enterprises, Maintaining of up-to-date company records, Ensuring compliance with regulatory mandates, and providing necessary documentation during audits, Other routine Company Secretarial work, Familiar with the recent changes in the Companies Act, 2013, Well versed with MS Office, Adobe Reader etc

1. CA / CMA / MBA(Fin.)/M.Sc. (Fin.)/M.Com./M.Fin with finance
