Over 3.4 years of extensive experience as an Oracle Application Technical Developer in customization
of Oracle e-Business Suite Applications (R12). This includes system study, design, development, post-
implementation maintenance, and support of Oracle EBS.
ï‚· Good Technical Knowledge in developing Oracle XML PUBLISHER and D2K Reports, Forms, Interfaces, and
Workflows.
ï‚· Involved in writing PL/SQL Scripts.
ï‚· Hands-on involvement in Business requirements, configuration, User Training, and documentation activities.
ï‚· Good experience in Customization, Production, and support of various modules in Oracle Applications
with a major focus on Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO), Order Management (OM), Account Payable (AP),
and Account Receivable (AR).
ï‚· Good Knowledge of designing and implementing Oracle Personalization and Lookups.
ï‚· Application Maintenance and End User Support.
ï‚· Involved in the Support and troubleshooting of the Oracle technical component.
ï‚· Interaction with end users to gather user or process requirements related to technical work.

Key responsibilities:-
Regular visit to community and local bodies targeting the right candidates as per the projects mandates
Visit to a minimum 10 different villages/locations/SHG’s/NGO’s/Govt Departments in a month seeking assistance for mobilization of candidates
Attending/Organizing workshops, community meetings to create awareness/sensitize among the targeted community Attend/Organize minimum of 1 workshops, community meetings in a month
Ensuring timely formation of batches with the right batch strength As per the Project requirements & timelines
Identify local level partners, support and facilitate the partnership in the implementation of planned activities
Counsel the Candidates/Parents so that they Enroll Themselves in the Program and Continue Until the End of the Program
Collect regular feedback from the Trainers/Center Heads on the performance of the Mobilized Candidates and counsel the irregular & under performance
candidates on monthly basis
Support the collection of required documents for the beneficiaries who were selected for Training
Submit the mandate documents required for training before the start of theBatch
To maintain monitoring systems using the MIS (Management Information System) database & To keep accurate electronic and paper records to meet
funding requirements
Update the interested potential Candidates who are willing to join the Training in the Mobilization Drive at the end of every month
Update the Mobilization Monthly Report with Photographs at the end of every month
