Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and implement robust backend solutions using Node.js and Django.
2. Integrate various databases, including MongoDB and SQL, to optimize data storage and retrieval processes.
3. Assist in the creation and maintenance of RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between the frontend and backend systems.
4. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve any backend performance or functionality issues.
5. Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data and protect against cyber threats.
6. Optimize application performance by fine-tuning database queries and improving code efficiency.
7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to contribute innovative ideas and solutions to our projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 Communicate with clients to understand their investment objectives, provide market insights, and execute trades according to client’s sole preferences and confirmation.
ï‚· Suggest trade & investment recommendations as given by fundamental and technical research team (only).
ï‚· Execute buy and sell orders for clients in a timely and accurate manner across different financial markets and instruments while ensuring proper evidence of the order has been acquired (Confirm with client: TRAQS- TRADE CODE, RATE, ACTIVITY, QUANTITY and SCRIP).
ï‚· Expand the customer base by actively prospecting for new clients through diverse methods including cold-calling, appointment scheduling, and harnessing references/leads.
ï‚· Ensure clients receive precise trade confirmations on a daily basis. ï‚· Report customers grievance related to trade disputes directly to Compliance Department, Head Office at the earliest.
ï‚· Activation of clients who are dormant or inactive by advocating them to start trading again.
ï‚· Execute cross-selling based on customer need, aimed at third-party products to optimize engagement with current clientele, thereby maximize revenue generation for the company.
ï‚· Maintain consistent communication with clients who are mapped to him/her via telephone calls and in-person meetings.
ï‚· Monitor market conditions, trends, and news that may impact the prices of securities or other financial products
