Key Responsibilities:
On-the-job training:
Learn the basics of operating various machinery including set-up, adjustments, and monitoring production processes under close supervision from experienced operators.
Safety compliance:
Follow all safety procedures and regulations related to machine operation, reporting any hazards or malfunctions promptly.
Quality control:
Ensure products meet quality standards by performing routine inspections and identifying defects.
Basic maintenance:
Assist with routine cleaning and maintenance of assigned machinery, including lubrication and minor adjustments.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of production data, including machine run times, material usage, and quality checks.
Cross-training:
Gain proficiency on multiple machines within the production line to provide flexibility and support across different operations.
