Job Description:-

Responsibilities include :-

1. Should be easily able to manage and navigate different types of software

2. Should be able to coordinate and communicate with development teams regarding new additions to the software

3. Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability

4. Provide level-2 support and troubleshoot to resolve issues

5. Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure

awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure

6. Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company's security team

7. Coordinate between clients and our team to understand new requirement changes and issues
