Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee Project Planning for electrical projects in collaboration with the team and clients.
• Handle client communications and ensure timely and efficient Client Handling (specifically with DISCOM).
• Manage Contractor Billing and ensure accurate invoicing and payments.
• Resolve problems related to site management activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise Site Execution, ensuring all activities align with project timelines.
• Oversee Consumer Indexing and ensure compliance with all required standards.
• Supervise the Meter Installation process, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
• Effectively implement the project plan, ensuring all tasks are completed within budget and scope.

Required Skills:

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills to guide and support the site team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient with an ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook and Excel) for effective reporting and documentation.

Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications. Oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects spread across the city
Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues or obstacles, and take necessary corrective actions, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets and quality standards
Experience working on BOQs and billing: Quantity take-off related to structure, earthwork etc., as per the designs/drawings and site measurements
Working on upgradation costs based on the current market value of materials, and or changes from the client/architect in coordination with the execution team
Coordination with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project timelines
Prepare and present project status reports to the top management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, delays, risks, and opportunities.

Desired Qualification:

• Degree/Diploma in ECE/Civil Engineer.
• Knowledge of MS Office is desirable.
  
• 10-15 Years’ experience in Telecommunication Industry
  

• Providing assistance to retired employees and nominees of deceased employees for ensuring smooth settlement of all claims/ handholding in all matters.
  

• Candidate should be Patience, Empathic, Good listener/ communicator, Adaptable, Respectful, and Dependable and should have a strong sense of compassion and positive outlook. Proficiency in MS Office.

• Minimum 10-15 Years’ experience in Telecommunication. Preferably in managing OFC networks.
