Job Description
A hostel manager is responsible for the overall operation and management of a hostel, including overseeing staff, maintaining the property, ensuring guest satisfaction, allocating rooms, handling bookings, enforcing rules, and prioritizing the safety and security of all residents within the hostel facilities; essentially acting as the primary point of contact for all hostel operations and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Role Responsibilities:
Training and Appointment Process:
- A one-week paid training will be provided.
- During training, you will learn all necessary tasks under the guidance of our HR team.
- Performance will be assessed by our Manager.
- If your performance meets expectations, you will be appointed for the job.
- If not, you will be paid for the training week only, and no job will be offered.
