    Job description:


    Purpose of role: To perform tasks relevant to MEP/ project requirement and support PM in overall project delivery of a major high rise residential project. Will also able support project lead in procurement and design management tasks as necessary. 

    Key responsibilities: 

    • Coordination all stake holders like Client, Architects, services consultant, HSSE team and all contractors
    • Generating reports (weekly, monthly) as client requirement
    • Design management- review and comment on design information
    • Able to conduct site and design coordination meetings ably
    • Follow up with vendor for day-to-day activities
    • Preparation and tracking schedule
    • MEP installation, Quality audits, observations, follow up and closure
    • Delivering the project as per agreed timeline and quality within budget
    • Testing, Commissioning, handover
    • Technical closure, de-snagging, transition to FM
    • Good report writing skills
    • Communication and stakeholder management


    Qualifications

    • B.E. / B. Tech - Electrical / Mechanical
