We are seeking a dynamic and motivated candidate to join our Business Development team. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing relationships with potential clients, and supporting the overall sales and marketing strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities:
·  Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Generate a consistent pipeline of potential clients.

·  Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients. Understand their business needs and provide appropriate solutions.

·  Sales Presentations & Proposals:
Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, showcasing company products or services. Draft and submit tailored proposals to meet client requirements.

·  Negotiation & Closing Deals:
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals successfully. Ensure that contracts are mutually beneficial for both the company and the client.

·  Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and opportunities. Analyze customer needs and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

  Bookkeeping & Accounting:

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Post and process journal entries in the accounting system.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

• Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure timely payments.
• Verify vendor bills and process payments as per company policies.

 GST & Tax Compliance:

• Having knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax-related documents.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, TCS, or similar).
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.

We are looking for passionate freshers who are excited to work in a startup environment and build real products from the ground up. You’ll work closely with senior developers and domain experts to design, build, and improve key features of our AI CRM product.

 What You’ll Do 

- Write clean and efficient code using *Python*. 

- Work with *PostgreSQL (or any SQL DB)* to store, retrieve, and manage application data. 

- Use *LLM tools like ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot*, or others to accelerate coding and problem-solving. 

- Collaborate with the team to solve real-world problems in pharma/life sciences CRM workflows. 

- Participate in Agile sprints, brainstorming sessions, and daily standups. 

What We’re Looking For 

- Solid understanding of *Python programming* – projects, internships, or academic coursework. 

- Familiarity with any *SQL-based database* (PostgreSQL preferred). 

- Awareness or interest in using *LLM-based tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot)* to enhance productivity. 

- Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a self-starter attitude. 

- Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Interview Process 

*Round 1 – Live Coding Challenge (45–60 mins):* 

- You will be given a *dynamic real-world problem* to solve. 

- You may use any *LLM tools* to assist you but must complete the task independently within the given time. 

 *Round 2 – Technical + Culture Fit Discussion:* 

- A discussion on your coding approach, database skills, learning mindset, and how you collaborate in teams. 

 Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) 

- Exposure to *FastAPI, **LangChain/LangGraph*, or any LLM integrations. 

- Experience building side projects, bots, or tools using AI. 

- Basic knowledge of front-end frameworks (React) is a plus.
