Jigs and Fixtures: Plan, design, and implement jigs and fixtures for manufacturing processes.
Time Study: Conduct time studies to determine optimal manufacturing processes and improve productivity.
Work Instructions & Job Breakdown: Create work instructions and job breakdown sheets for production.
Line Balancing: Apply knowledge of line balancing techniques to optimize the production flow.
Assembly Layout: Plan and implement assembly layouts for efficient production lines.
CNC Machining: Demonstrate understanding in CNC machining processes, including machine hour rate calculations.
Welding Specifications: Knowledge of MIG, TIG, laser continuous/spot, and spot welding specifications.
