    CSRBOX is seeking a a dynamic and resourcefuAssociate Manager – CSR to support and drive Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives in collaboration with the District Magistrate’s office (DM office) in Mehsana. The Associate Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of CSR programs aligned with the company’s goals and the district's social development priorities.

    Responsibilities:

    1.CSR Program Management:

    • Plan, execute, and manage CSR initiatives in collaboration with the DM office to address local community needs and socio-economic development.
    • Coordinate with local government agencies, NGOs, and other partners to implement impactful social programs (e.g., education, health, environment, rural development).
    • Monitor and evaluate the progress of CSR projects, ensuring that they align with the company’s CSR strategy and goals.

    2.Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with district authorities, local community leaders, government bodies, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for CSR-related queries and issues for both internal and external stakeholders.
