    Job description:-

    CSRBOX is seeking a a dynamic and resourcefuAssociate Manager – CSR to support and drive Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives in collaboration with the District Magistrate’s office (DM office) in Mehsana. The Associate Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of CSR programs aligned with the company’s goals and the district's social development priorities.

    Responsibilities:

    1.CSR Program Management:

    • Plan, execute, and manage CSR initiatives in collaboration with the DM office to address local community needs and socio-economic development.
    • Coordinate with local government agencies, NGOs, and other partners to implement impactful social programs (e.g., education, health, environment, rural development).
    • Monitor and evaluate the progress of CSR projects, ensuring that they align with the company’s CSR strategy and goals.

    2.Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with district authorities, local community leaders, government bodies, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for CSR-related queries and issues for both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Organize and conduct CSR awareness programs and workshops within the community to drive engagement and participation.

    3.Reporting & Documentation:

    • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and impact of CSR projects.
    • Document project outcomes, learnings, and best practices to contribute to future CSR strategy development.
    • Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders, including the DM office and other local authorities.

    4.Impact Assessment & Monitoring:

    • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for CSR projects to measure their impact and effectiveness.
    • Conduct site visits and field assessments to evaluate the outcomes of CSR initiatives and provide recommendations for improvements.
    • Implement feedback mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement and sustainability of CSR programs.

    5.Team Collaboration & Mentorship:

    • Collaborate closely with the internal CSR team, senior management, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of CSR projects.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior CSR team members or interns, if applicable.

    Desired Qualification:-

    • Bachelor’s degree (compulsory) in Social Work, Business Administration, Public Policy, or related fields. A Master’s degree is a plus.
