Job description for Service Delivery - Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
· Manage HR operations for the staff deployed at Clients site
· Handle the complete payroll management such as collection of attendance, preparation of payroll using software and submission of invoices to the clients and payment follow-up.
· Responsible for Clients Liaisoning and handling Clients queries and day to day interactions with the Clients.
· Handling the employees grievances, deputed at Clients site
· Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies
· Responsible for Recruitment, onboarding, and documents verification.
· Should have experience in HR Operations in a manpower deployment company
Service Delivery Manager Requirements:
Any Graduate.
Good Communications Skills and e-Mail ethics
MS office and good command in MS Excel features such as Vlookup, Pivot Table, Filters, Sorting, data merge, datasheets management,
